Available in a large range of our scents, each candle includes a customisable label - with the option to add a QR code voice message for an extra personal touch.

Note: Once your order has been placed, we’ll be in touch via email within 1 business day to finalise your label design. Mock-ups will be provided before printing to make sure your design is just right for you.

If you’ve chosen a QR code voice recording, we’ll also send you a link with simple instructions on how to record your message. Please check your emails spam folder if you have not received an email.

We don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but we may offer an exchange within 7 days of you receiving your products - you’ll need to cover the return shipping fee for all approved exchanges. Exchanges are approved at Wickalicious’ discretion, and items must be unused, in it’s original packaging and a receipt if possible.

Something wrong with your order? 

If your items have arrived damaged or it’s not what you ordered, please get in touch straight away so we can rectify this for you.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases or gift cards.

For damaged or incorrect products, you can exchange or request a refund. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, though your bank might take a little longer to reflect the refund on your end.
