Order Processing
Our entire range of products are individually handmade and made to order.
Your order will be processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and shipping times) after receiving your order confirmation.
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the preparation of large orders or during busy periods and/or sale times. Please note that when selecting the express delivery option, we still require 3-5 business days to process your order before it is shipped.
If you place your order during our studio closure periods, such as Christmas or other holiday breaks, your order will be processed after the re-opening date that will be announced on our website and social media accounts.
During the re-opening period, please allow extra time for us to process your order as we may have a large quantity of outstanding orders to fulfil.
Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia):
- Standard: Free standard shipping for orders over AU$100 and AU$8.95 flat-rate shipping for orders AU$59-AU$99. AU$ flat-rate shipping for all orders under AU$59 is AU$12.95.
- Express: AU$10 flat-rate shipping for orders over AU$100 and AU$15 flat-rate shipping for orders below AU$100.
Estimated Shipping Timeframes
Your order will be shipped from our Sydney Studio via Aus Post or preferred carrier with an always guarantee of tracking.
Please note that the following estimated shipping timing is a general guide only. A high volume of orders, postal service issues, extreme weather conditions, and customs procedures may cause delivery delays that are out of our control.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your parcels will be delivered within this timeframe or by a specific date.
Domestic Estimated Shipping Timeframe:
- Standard: For metro areas, approximately 2–3 business days in NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD; 2–4 business days in SA; 4–5 business days in WA; and 3–5 business days in TAS.
- For rural, remote and other areas: NSW 3–4 business days, VIC 3–5 business days, QLD 2–12 business days, SA 2–5 business days, TAS 4–8 business days, WA 5–10 business days, and NT 4–13 business days.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notification when your order has been posted.
Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch (please check your junk folder if you have not been informed).
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Ensure that your shipping address is correct. If the parcel is uncollected, refused at the address, or returned to the sender, a new postage cost will be applied to resend or you can request a refund minus the original postage cost.
If you have any problems with your delivery or if you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your postage confirmation email, please contact us at info@wickaliciouswaxes.com.au with your name and order number. We will always work with you to address any issues you may be concerned with.
