Reed Diffuser Care Guide

Our Reed Diffusers are a simple, flame-free way to fill your space with continuous fragrance. Where To Place Your Diffuser

Choose a spot with good airflow, for example near a doorway or a window, but avoid placing your diffuser directly under air vents or in direct sunlight, as this will cause the oil to evaporate to quickly.

Choose a stable surface for your diffuser, ideally on a coaster or tray to protect surfaces against spills as your diffusers oil will strip paint if contact is prolonged.

Refreshing Your Diffusers Scent

Ensure you are flipping your diffusers reeds once a week, or more often for a stronger scent throw. Be careful when flipping the reeds - wear gloves and flip the reeds over a sink or protected surface to save potential damages.

Add or remove reeds depending on how strong you want the scent throw, adding more reeds increases the fragrance throw.

How Long It Will Last

Most reed diffusers life-spans are between 2-4 months depending on the oil blend, room temperature. airflow and how often you flip the reeds. Warmer spaces and frequent rotation can reduce life-span but intensify the scent throw. On average, our 125ml reed diffusers last 4 months with weekly rotations - our 200ml reed diffusers last approximately 6 months with weekly rotations. Please note this is only an approximate, life-spans may vary.

Your diffuser reeds can get saturated and clogged over time, replacing your reeds every 2 months will help your reed diffuser perform best. When refilling your diffuser, it is always best to start with fresh reeds and new oil.
