Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your products to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or replacements for change-of-mind on all products. 

Please note that we do not accept any refunds on gift cards.

Exchanges

Please contact us in regards to exchanging your product. Approving any exchange is at Wickalicious Waxes' discretion. Upon choosing to exchange your product, you will be liable for return postage and postage of your requested product if applicable.

The original product MUST be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.

An exchange can only be initiated within 7 days of receiving your original order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund request has been approved. If approved, your requested refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow your financial institution time to process and post your refund.
