What's included:

• Your choice of coloured box filler (shredded paper)
• Tissue paper colour (white, brown, white + pink logo)
• Custom-coloured product labels and finishing touches (bows etc)
  
• Coordinating ribbon of your choice
• Colour option/design for wax melts purchased
  
• A hand-made gift card (if required), personalised in your chosen colour and our design options.
• Instruction + Thankyou Card colour choice (Pastels or Brown)

For any other customisation requests, please pop a message in the notes section upon checkout.

Please note; Some products - such as candle wax (wax melts not included), are not eligible for custom colouring, as these formulations require extensive testing and stability checks.

We don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but we may offer an exchange within 7 days of you receiving your products - you’ll need to cover the return shipping fee for all approved exchanges. Exchanges are approved at Wickalicious’ discretion, and items must be unused, in it’s original packaging and a receipt if possible.

To start a return, simply email us at info@wickaliciouswaxes.com.au and we'll guide you through our process with a shipping label.

Something wrong with your order? 

If your items have arrived damaged or it’s not what you ordered, please get in touch straight away so we can rectify this for you.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases or gift cards.

For damaged or incorrect products, you can exchange or request a refund. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, though your bank might take a little longer to reflect the refund on your end.
