Bring your empty Wickalicious candle jar back to life with our eco-friendly candle refills. We’ll refill it with the fragrance of your choice from your candle jars line, using the same high-quality soy wax and Aussie-sourced scents you already love.

Just send us your clean, undamaged Wickalicious jar — we’ll pour you a fresh new candle so you can enjoy your favourite glow all over again.

Good for the planet, great for your space.

Please note the following regulations:

Refills are for original Wickalicious jars only.

Jars must be clean and undamaged.

Cracked or chipped jars won’t be accepted due to safety.

We don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but we may offer an exchange within 7 days of you receiving your products - you’ll need to cover the return shipping fee for all approved exchanges. Exchanges are approved at Wickalicious’ discretion, and items must be unused, in it’s original packaging and a receipt if possible.

To start a return, simply email us at info@wickaliciouswaxes.com.au and we'll guide you through our process with a shipping label.

Something wrong with your order? 

If your items have arrived damaged or it’s not what you ordered, please get in touch straight away so we can rectify this for you.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases or gift cards.

For damaged or incorrect products, you can exchange or request a refund. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, though your bank might take a little longer to reflect the refund on your end.
