Looking for a specific scent?

We can create your diffuser in any fragrance you choose. Simply select the "custom fragrance" option in our fragrance dropdown menu, and let us know your chosen scent in the "special instructions" box at checkout, we'll do our best to accomodate your request.

Not quite right? We’ve got you.

We don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but we may offer an exchange within 7 days of you receiving your products - you’ll need to cover the return shipping fee for all approved exchanges. Exchanges are approved at Wickalicious’ discretion, and items must be unused, in it’s original packaging and a receipt if possible.

Something wrong with your order? 

If your items have arrived damaged or it’s not what you ordered, please get in touch straight away so we can rectify this for you.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases or gift cards.

For damaged or incorrect products, you can exchange or request a refund. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, though your bank might take a little longer to reflect the refund on your end.
