Having second thoughts? No worries! You have 14 days from delivery to return your items. Just make sure they're unused and in their original packaging, and have your receipt handy.

Ready to return? Simply email us at info@wickaliciouswaxes.com.au and we'll guide you through the process with a shipping label. If you have received a damaged product or not what you ordered, let us know right away so we can make it right!

While we can't offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or gift cards, we're happy to consider exchanges within 7 days (you'll just need to cover the shipping costs).

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, though your bank might take a bit longer to show your refund in your account.
